Santa's awesome. He only told Lulu US to print it 9 days ago. Imagine that, it went all the way into the middle of the wilderness.

There's only 2 others in existence (both with proof readers). You literally can't buy it yet.

Thanks JK. It's rammed full of mistakes (thanks to the proof readers) - feedback in the form "You've not explained X very well" or "Is that British slang?" is most welcome. Typos and odd sentences the proof readers will pick up.
