Hells bells, what a summer!

It's been a long summer of hard work and finally things seem to be settling down and I can get back to my usual nonsense.

How was your summer?

My game has turned into ‘The Thing’.

It was a big, clunky Thing to begin with but every time I play another (better-designed) game it masquerades, briefly, as that.

I also lost two jobs - but that’s unimportant. The Thing will prevail. Nice doggy.

I was trying LARP for the first time and it was great. The second important thing is that I am learning how to use RPG Maker to make my own games and it is lots of fun too, even if it is timeconsuming.

My summer starts next month...I'll tell you once it's over.

My winter (and the spring that is rapidly drawing to a conclusion now) has been pretty hectic.

I've been writing a "short form young adult graphic novel" based on my Walkabout game setting.

It will be made formally available soon, but it is finished and you can have a sneak preview if you'd like.

This preview link will be disappearing soon. The book will be made available as a physical copy hopefully before the end of the year.

P.S. As many of you (who are regular readers of my blog) may be aware, I've also been working on a Boffer LARP system as well. Hopefully this should be ready for proofreading/playtesting in the near future.

Been smashing around a few ideas of a fantasy heartbreaker combining some One ring stuff and White wolf.
