Maybe there's something I'm not getting, but most of those books aren't free. Or are they offering free quickstart PDFs or something?

DungeonWorld has free text and a CC-BY license but the PDF isn't free. I've added that comment to the list.

Yeah, it causes a slight cognitive dissonance to see both Icar and "Basic Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition" on the list. I guess it's kinda okay to include "full free rpgs" and games with free kinda playable previews etc. on the same list, but... still, the dissonance is there.
