I've been a little distracted lately but I have been working on this. I've paired down the rules a bit more (I think I'm at 5 pages) and I'm making the examples more specific to this game.

Well, one I suck at re-writing things and two I'm not working terribly hard at it. So, I'm lazily still working on it.
