I was wondering if you'd considered making the feel constraint 'not more than' rather than 'less than'. It seems slightly more intuitive that way.

On the running out of cards thing: I've added an extra rule where, if a player spends an entire turn narrating the Committee "subduing and humiliating" his character, he gets new cards.

I laughed in a slightly evil way while writing that rule. Thanks, Joshua and Queex.
