I like the idea. How many players is it for?
It's coming close to being a two-player game and that sounds really interesting.

Right now, it looks like three players..
Int he first session the Arbiter of Good is, essentially, the game master, int he second session, the arbiter of Evil takes the job, and int he third session, the Defendant herself is the one running the game, while the other two play the judges.
