I apologize if I sound as a fool here. When are the games made publicly available for us plebes to pick and peck upon? If they are already so (aside from authors that have posted their own work on their own sites, or as posts here) available, please someone, soundly rap me about the head and steer me thusly.

Edit: Further, may those involved in the judging process make formal requests to review certain games they have already read and are quite piqued by, interest-wise? (I was dismayed that judging does not require playing said games, but time constraints, I would think, dictate something of unfeasibility) Or, barring request in a formal sense, may we clamor and clang with childish abandon for those we feel deserve praise, but that we failed to receive as formally reviewed games? (and, even further than this, will there be some guiding "review sheet" for reviewers, or do I adlib my "spot-ons"?)
