Umm, Criminal Element deserves mention, it was responsible for the one of the best sessions of gaming I ever had.

Boy, its hard to say, there’s a lot of good stuff here.

Assassin X, Have a Go Heroes, and Criminal Element stand out for me. The first two are very professionally laid out and decorated - I can hardly believe they were done in 24 hours. CE has a very innovative mechanic based on blackjack, and looks like a lot of fun.

Of course, since I'm the author of one of the worst games on this site (according to the rpg net reviews) my recommendations should be taken with a grain of salt
