Sorry for not reply either - I'm about half way through reading it. I've got to finish judging the competition, though. Aaargh!

I'm sure this is unrelated, but Rob said recently that he had read something so rubbish he could never comment on a game again. Yeah, said it was someone here at 1km1kt's work...sure it had nothing to do with this.

Because I was a smart arse, I owe you some comments :)

GOOD:
I really like the character creation method. It would be a great deal of fun for a first adventure together.
I like your dice mechanic.
I like the experience system.
I like the simplicity.

NITPICKS:
Some minor grammatical issues that might all be typos. E.g., "Examples Professional Traits:" seems to be missing "of" on page 3. Missing "to" after "choose" on page 4, rop right. "Whomever" should be "whoever" on the same page.

The wording when explaining the Professional Trait creation is a bit unclear. You're using passive voice, and you're using plural (characters) when it would be clearer with a singular, I think. "Each player decides his or her character's Professional Trait."

Logically, saying "when X could succeed or fail" includes all cases in which one can only fail and cases in which one can only succeed. This is real nitpickery. Maybe you should say "when BOTH success and failure are possible..."

HELPFUL:
More examples of physical, mental, and social traits would be great. Maybe tell us right then what happens for physical, social, mental things we're unskilled at.

OVERALL:
I think it's a very cool idea for an RPG. It's certainly of a unique flavor, and I would enjoy playing it, I think. It seems like a good game to introduce people to roleplying, at least if you had say two experience RPers and one beginner.

Yes, that's the scenario I saw in my mind's eye was I was reading your game. A bunch of friends, most of whom are roleplayers, could easily introduce one new player to RPing in with this game.
