Tiny Dragon Rider Battles

Tiny Dragon Battles is a stand alone game that was inspired by a cute little application program developed by Snailsanimation and published by WildTangent.  In the .pdf there is a link to the program on WildTangent’s website that you can print out on the same sheet that the instructions are on.  If you do it right, you’ll only use one sheet of paper.  I hope you enjoy this game, and many thanks to Snailsanimation and WildTangent for their wonderfully imaginative and decorative games.

Oh dear, the instructions lost me by the third sentence. “If the game does not turn out to be what the Dragons expected…” Who are the Dragons? And how can this game, which I’ve just started reading the rules about, not be what is expected? Should I stop reading and play some other game instead?

The next sentence just gets more confusing, talking about “the magics are cumulative” without mentioning what the magics are and what they have to do with the only game component mentioned so far (which is: seven dice, a pocket, and choosing who is the ‘comber’ and who is the ‘brusher’).

First off I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to find out how you center
yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my
thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing but it
just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost just
trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?

    Thanks!
